Instructions to contribute to the printed ®Magazine
ROJO®magazine is a high quality printed and electronic magazine made out of selected art contributions by still unknown artists to established well-known artists from around the world. Since its start in 2001, to contribute to ROJO® has been open to public. Starting in January 2011, and due to the impossibility of featuring the large amount of submissions received every month, ROJO® contributing artists are now to be contacted personally and invited to participate in any of the forthcoming printed issues.
In order to have your art featured in ROJO®, there are 3 rules you as a contributor must follow.
Rules
1. Project must be atemporal, recent and must not include any kind of text. It must be purely visual.
2. Handing in a project correctly does not necessarily mean that it will be published immediately… If you are reading this is because ROJO® has great interest in publishing you, but it may happen that your project is taken in consideration for a future issue… anyway… if you do not get published immediately please do not be angry at ROJO®… bad vibes are forbidden.
3. You are free to contribute and ROJO® is free to choose. Please be nice.
If you agree on the 3 rules please prepare a 6 to 10 single page project, or 3 to 5 double page, or any combination of these two. Send as many different projects as you want. ROJO® is an international magazine that works exclusively with images. Make your own layout without any explanatory texts or credits. Topic is free, always. If your works are selected to be part of one of next ROJO® printed issues we will send you one copy of the printed issue featuring your works as courtesy and thank you gesture for contributing. If you need extra printed copies you will always be able to buy them with a 50% special discount.
